We primarily help clients suffering from neck, shoulder and back pain due to 40+ hours of desk work find relief from headaches, stiffness, tension and limited range of motion so that they can feel more open, flexible and relaxed as they continue their demanding work.
Massage Therapy Services
All massage sessions, regardless of duration, incorporate the use of hot stones, steam packs, dry cupping, stretching, bamboo sticks and other trigger point tools per client's preference at no additional cost.
We do not upsell any products during the session.
BOOKING RESERVATION FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
We are requiring a non-refundable booking fee of $50 to reserve your appointment.
This fee will be deducted from your total amount due at the time of payment.

Our specialty is in this troubled zone. We incorporate steam packs, hot stones, hot towels, dry cupping and/or trigger point tools etc, We like to address the stubborn muscle tissue in a very intentionally yet gentle way. We keep open lines of communication for pressure. We don't believe in making our clients tap out on the table. Ever. Feeling much looser and amazing may be a side effect.

Barefoot Massage Therapy:
We are very excited to introduce our newest service. This service is suited for clients that have a preference for deeper, specific work to their shoulders, back and legs. We combine our slow, deep-footed strokes with trigger point therapy to create an efficient treatment for muscle recovery.
Sessions are available only in 90 and 2 hour durations. $200/ $250

Mama Massage Therapy:
Are you uncomfortable and needing to feel better during pregnancy? Cynthia is a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist focused on relieving pain and discomfort targeting the common areas of the neck, shoulders, back and hips. If you are experiencing headaches, shoulder tension, burning sensations or fatigue in the back muscles, low back pain/fatigue, sciatic nerve pain, pain shooting down your legs, hip discomfort or edema, don't hesitate to book your prenatal massage session right away. Your body will thank you!
Sessions are available only in 90 minute durations. $200

Relaxation Massage
Say hello to all your major muscle groups for a full body experience or use this time to focus in an a problem area for much needed relief. We use hot stones, hot towels and a combination of gentle strokes with stretching. Ideal for clients that are seeking pain relief and would also love to leave our studio feeling relaxed and lighter.
​Sessions are available in 60 and 90 minute durations. $150/ $200

​In-Home Gentle/Palliative Massage Therapy for Seniors:
This is a gentler approach specifically designed for clients that spend prolonged periods of time in bed or in wheelchairs/chairs. We deliver massage directly to the client in the comfort of their home right where they are already situated. We will not bring any tables nor equipment to the home. Massage is given over the clothes with a focus on to relief static tension through gentle compressions, range of motion stretches to increase flexibility and stimulate blood circulation.
Sessions are available on 30 & 60 minute durations. $100

Couple's Massage Therapy:
Designed to be shared with a significant other, or enjoy some bonding time with a best friend, daughter, mother, father or sibling while indulging in a side-by-side Therapeutic Massage. A $50 deposit is required for all Couples Massage appointments.
Sessions available in 60 and 90 minute durations. $300/ $400

Many of my clients work long hours at the computer and experience neck pain, stiffness, headaches/migraines, and nerve conditions in the arms and hands.
I use a variety of tools and techniques to restore comfort and bring relief to these areas.
